ELITE CHAIR

1. All chair covers and sashes remain the property of Elite Chair Cover Company Ltd.

 

2. The Hirer is responsible for any loss or damage to covers and sashes whilst on loan up until their return.

 

3. All Bookings will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of £50 and agreement to our Terms & Conditions. 

4. Full payment is required 4 weeks in advance to the scheduled delivery date.

 

5. Unfortunately if any chair covers are unreturned or returned in an unusable condition there will be a charge of £10.00 per chair cover.

 

6. A charge of £2.00 will also be made for each unreturned chair sash or each chair sash, which is returned in an unusable condition.

 

7. The owners will not be held responsible for injury or damage to persons or property however sustained from articles hired. 

 

8. All quoted prices are for venues within a 15 mile radius of SO41 0YG, a reasonable fuel surcharge can be added for any venues further afield, to be discussed before booking is accepted.

9. Covers can be made available for hire throughout the UK. However delivery and collection charges will be applied to hiring outside of Hampshire and Dorset. These costs will be fully detailed in our quote.
